FUNCTION

The BRIDGEBOY load limiter is designed for the permanent monitoring oh hoisting devices, and more particularly overhead cranes, in order to protect them from any overloading or inappropriate use.

ELECTRONICAL DESIGN

The load limiter BRIDGEBOY is a security device that is made to guaranty the «positive security», that means that whatever is the detected default , the BRIDGEBOY sets to alarm.

The programmation of the two set points is made directly on the front panel of the BRIDGEBOY with multi-turns potentiometers ( trim-pot ) and with individuals settings of the delay for the alarms.

The easy accessibility of the BRIDGEBOY facilitates the installation on site.

Directly accessible, 2 LED diodes that show the releasing of the alarms can be seen on the front panel.

Two set points ( 0..10V ) allow you to measure the output signal proportional to the existing load on the hoist, and to measure the 2 set points values of the alarms.

One push button allow you to control easily the good working of the BRIDGEBOY.
